Wedding Contracts
Introduction Thank you for taking the time to look at this information on wedding photography. All of our wedding services can be made as flexible as you wish and, whilst it is good to have a full understanding of your requirements before the wedding, changes and additional photographs can be requested on the day.
Most styles of wedding photography can be catered for, from formal to reportage, although it should be understood that the weather can affect what is possible on the day of the wedding. The prices below are a guide to our services but we can tailor our photographic service to meet your requirements - most things are possible!
Genoa: Civil Ceremony at a Register Office - £150
Photographs are taken at the Register Office and at the reception afterwards if required. A proof set of prints
will be provided which will be limited to approximately sixty photographs. No album is included in this
service but the following options are available at extra cost:
Option 1: A digital album containing selected photographs - £60 for the first album, additional albums
are £50 each
Option 2: A good quality traditional album of up to twenty photographs - £120
Option 3: A DVD of all of the photographs at high resolution - £50
Sienna: Civil Ceremony or Church Wedding - £475
A luxury service with full coverage from the arrival of guests to the cutting of the cake. Only one location will
be attended and this is therefore an ideal package for weddings where the ceremony and the reception are at
the same venue. There is no limit to the number of photographs that may be taken. Black & White or Colour
photographs or a combination may be taken. A proof set of prints or a DVD of low resolution photographs
will be provided. No album is included in this service but the following options are available at additional
cost:
Option 1: A digital album containing selected photographs - £85 for the first album, additional albums
are £70 each
Option 2: A good quality traditional album of up to 24 photographs, each 8” x 6”. A choice of albums is
available - £120
Option 3: A good quality traditional album of up to 36 photographs, each 8” x 6”. A choice of albums is
available - £175
Option 4: A DVD of all of the photographs at high resolution - £120
Florence: Civil Ceremony or Church Wedding - £750
A premium service with full coverage from the arrival of the guests to the cutting of the cake. A home visit to
photograph the bride before the wedding can be included if required. There may be up to two locations
chosen which may be, for example, the church and the reception. There is no limit to the number of
photographs that may be taken. Black & White or Colour photographs or a combination may be taken. A
proof set of prints or a DVD of low resolution photographs will be provided. The price includes one of the
following options:
Option 1: A digital album or 30 pages containing selected photographs.
Option 2: An album of up to 36 photographs, each 8“ x 6”. A wider choice of albums is available than
for the Sienna wedding service.
Option 3: A CD or a DVD of all of the photographs at high resolution.
Note: If Options 1 or 2 are chosen then a DVD of all of the photographs will be provided at an
additional cost of £75
Naples: A Bespoke Wedding Service - £950
A bespoke premium service, with full wedding coverage including a home visit on the wedding day and, if
required, another day before or after the wedding to do a bridal portrait. There may be several locations
chosen in addition to the home and there is no limit to the number of photographs that may be taken. Black
& White or Colour photographs or a combination may be taken. A proof set of prints or a DVD of low
resolution photographs will be provided. The price includes one of the following options:
Option 1: A digital album or 30 pages containing selected photographs.
Option 2: An album containing a maximum of 36 8“ x 6” photographs may be chosen.
Option 3: A DVD of all of the photographs at high resolution.
Both of the options above can be supplied for an additional £175
A range of premium albums is also available at an additional cost of between £75 and £350.
